COMPANY

Pultrusion represents an advanced technology in the field of composite materials. This continuous process makes it possible to create fiberglass profiles and thermosetting resins with mechanical properties comparable to those of steel due to their high tensile and flexural strength.

 

The reinforcing material, after being immersed in a liquid resin, goes through a preforming system to obtain the desired shape. It is then introduced into a heated mold designed to impart the final product section. The different temperatures applied during this phase consolidate the material. When finished, the section is extracted, cooled, cut and finished with extreme precision.

 

Custom manufacturing

Due to the variety in fiber arrangement and choice of resin type, our products can be customized to meet multiple application needs. Fiberglass profiles can be made with solid or hollow sections, in a variety of shapes, sizes, lengths and colors, adapting perfectly to every project and need.
