Production of fiberglass profiles

Pultrusion is an advanced technology in the field of composite materials. This continuous process allows the creation of fiberglass and thermosetting resin profiles with mechanical characteristics comparable to those of steel, thanks to their high tensile and flexural strength.

 

After being immersed in a liquid resin, the reinforcing material passes through a preforming system to obtain the desired shape. It is then introduced into a heated mold designed to give the product its final section. The different temperatures applied during this phase consolidate the material. At the end of the process, the profile is extracted, cooled, cut, and finished with extreme precision.

Thanks to the variety of fiber arrangements and the choice of resin type, our products can be customized to meet a wide range of application requirements. Fiberglass profiles can be made with solid or hollow sections, in various shapes, sizes, lengths, and colors, adapting perfectly to any project and need.
